Chief Financial Officer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of all finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. This role will involve directing financial activities, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage finance, accounting, administrative, and procurement teams.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and executive management team.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Establish and maintain risk management processes, including internal controls, compliance, IT, and operational risks.
- Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes; oversee financial reporting.
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Review and improve finance, procurement, and IT-related procedures.
- Advise on M&A activities.
- Manage cash flow, investments, budgeting, F/X, and financial reporting to drive financial strategy.
- Establish and maintain company-wide KPIs.
- Coordinate the development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and monitor performance against these budgets.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, reporting, and internal control activities to ensure compatible cash flow with company operations.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to ensure strong fiscal management, project management, and cross-team communication.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong financial acumen and business management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments; evaluate and manage capital structure.

- Experience in raising capital beyond traditional lines of credit.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (required). An MBA or CPA (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in the finance industry with a proven track record of excellence.
- 5+ years in executive leadership positions.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors in a PE setting or publicly traded company.
- Manufacturing and international experience (an asset).
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.

Project Manager - ERP
Project Manager – ERP Implementation

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new ERP system across two sites (Manitoba and Wisconsin). This role requires a strong background in ERP implementations within a manufacturing environment. Post-ERP implementation, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of other strategic projects within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle ERP implementation project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and training materials.
- Post-ERP implementation, take on additional projects to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically with ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems (e.g., Genius ERP, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel between company sites in Manitoba and Wisconsin as needed.

Painter/Blaster
Position: Paint/Blaster

Hours of Operation: Days: Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:15pm

Overview:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Paint and Blast Department. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, blasting, and painting metal components to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and durability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Blasting product and parts to remove mill scale to provide a flawless profile in preparation for paint. (up to 6 hrs/day)
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing.
- Apply paint using spray equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure a flawless finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow and comply by all safety standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a Manufacturing setting.
- Able to lift up to 60lbs
- Willing to learn new tasks.
- Detail oriented, quality conscience
- Proficient mechanical skills.
- Able to use read a measuring tape.
