Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Form

The scraper's original PDI form is located in your scraper's manual holder. In the event that this document has been lost or you don't have access to it, click here to download a PDF of the PDI and complete the inspection before proceeding.

Warranty registration cannot be completed without this document.

The K-Tec Extended Limited increases the 12 month or two thousand (2000) machine hours structural warranty to 36 months or six thousand (6000) machine hours. Extended Limited Warranty adheres to coverage as outlined on the K-Tec Scraper warranty policy. To register scraper for the Extended Limited Warranty, the form below must be completed in it's entirety or the documents contained inside the manual holder must be completed and submitted to your K-Tec Certified Dealer or direct to K-Tec Earthmovers Inc. within 30 days of purchase. If the registration and supporting documents are not received, the 12 month warranty period commences from the date the scraper is shipped by K-Tec.
