Safety is the Mission

Starting off his adult career life in the military, JP knows a thing or two about the importance of following directives. When it comes to safety in a manufacturing shop, there are times when safety directives can be pushed aside in an attempt to speed up productivity. Understanding that these shortcuts can end up costing way more than they save, JP has made it his mission to ensure that all the employees in the K-Tec family are committed to safe work practices. His job is to make sure that K-Tec’s strict safety rules are followed. “At K-Tec, we know that being a family means looking out for each other, and so it’s a no-brainer for me to step up and remind my fellow employees of our safety guidelines.”

As part of our safe work initiatives, JP has implemented a number of programs to ensure that health and safety of our employees is priority number one at K-Tec.
